- 1 1/2 pounds brussels sprouts
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup rice-wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha, or more to taste
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

- 4 slices of bacon

- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed light-brown sugar
- 2 large egg yolks
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp rum extract
- 1/2 cup eggnog
- 1/2 cup butter, at room temperature (I used 1/4 cup salted and 1/4 cup unsalted butter)
- 3 - 5 Tbsp eggnog
