"Whatever Floats Your Boat" Brownies!

Much drier if using metal pan, so use a glass pan and make sure you don't over-bake these
- 1 ⁄2 cup butter, melted
- 1 ⁄2 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 ⁄2 cup flour
- 1 ⁄4 teaspoon salt
- WHATEVER FLOATS YOUR BOAT ADDITIONS
- 1 -2 cup chocolate chips (semisweet, white, butterscotch, peanut butter)
- 1 -2 cup raisins
- 1 -2 cup chopped maraschino cherry
- 1 -2 cup chopped nuts
- 1 -2 cup M&M'
- 1 -2 cup Reese's pieces
- 1 -2 cup miniature marshmallow
Gluten Free Cheese Crackers

- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp of baking soda
- 1 1/4 cup of almond flour

In a small bowl, mix flax meal, almond flour, coconut flour and baking powder
- 3 tbsp golden flax meal
- 2 tbsp almond flour
- 1 tbsp coconut flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp mild flavored oil
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup Swerve or any sweetener equal to 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
West Point Market’s Original Killer Brownies

This is the Killer Brownie recipe found in some grocery store bakeries
- 1/4 lb. (1 stick) plus 5 tbsp. butter
- 1 (18 1/4-oz.) package chocolate brownie or chocolate cake mix
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1 tbsp. water
- 3/4 cup walnut pieces
- 1 cup caramel ice cream topping
- 2/3 cup chocolate chips
- Confectioners’ sugar
Caprese Salad with Fried Capers and Basil

Pour oil into a 2-qt. saucepan until a depth of 1⁄2” is reached
- Olive oil, for frying and drizzling
- 1⁄4 cup brine-packed capers, drained and patted dry
- 12 fresh basil leaves, patted dry
- 3 medium vine-ripe tomatoes, cored and sliced 1⁄4” thick
- 8 oz. fresh mozzarella, sliced 1⁄4” thick
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Balsamic vinegar, for drizzling

- 1 tablespoon liquid sweetener, such as coconut nectar, pure maple syrup, honey, or agave syrup (nectar)
- 1 tablespoon virgin coconut oil, melted
- 4 cups coconut flakes (about 6 ounces)
- 1/2 teaspoon (or more) kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon (or more) ground spices, such as cinnamon, curry powder, or chili powder or 1 teaspoon nutritional yeast
