Overnight Breakfast Casserole with Bacon
By lisapearce
Cube bread and leave out overnight or place in the oven at 300 degrees for about 10 minutes to dry slightly
- 12 slices egg bread (or any type of bread will work), cubed
- 12 slices crispy bacon, crumbled (or 1 cup diced ham)
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, finely diced
- 4 cups grated cheese, cheddar works well
- 6 eggs
- 3 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon each dry mustard, salt & black pepper
Crunchy Chicken Casserole

In a small sauce pan cook the sliced carrots in 1 cup of chicken broth just until tender, do not over cook
- 4 Cups cooked and diced chicken
- 2 Lg. carrots thinly sliced
- 8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 small jar of diced pimentos
- Topping
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 8 oz. pkg. of stuffing mix
Chocolate Chip Lava Cookies

Preheat the oven to 350°F
- 1 (12-oz) bag semisweet chocolate chips, divided
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 stick unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Caramel Apple Cheesecake Dessert Dip

Beat the Cream Cheese and Confectioners Sugar until slightly fluffy
- Ingredients:
- 1 Block Cream Cheese, room temperature
- 4 Tablespoons Confectioners Sugar
- Caramel Sundae Sauce
- Mini Chocolate Chips
- Crushed Heath Bar
- Granny Smith Apples, sliced & soaking in lemon juice/water until ready to serve
ZUCCHINI CAKE

Beat eggs until frothy. Add sugar, oil, squash and vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 TBS. Vanilla
- 2 cups grated zucchini(pressed down)
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Pumpkin-Pecan Tassies

Directions 1. Let piecrusts stand according to package directions
- ngredients
- 1 15 ounce package rolled refrigerated unbaked piecrust (2 crusts)
- 3/4 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup half-and-half, light cream, or milk
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- Maple syrup (optional)
Loaded Potato Chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 (9 to 12-oz.) bag of kettle cooked potato chips
- 1 rounded cup of shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup crumbled bacon pieces
- 1 cup sour cream, regular or reduced fat
- 2 green onions, sliced
Beef Rub

To make marinate use 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce 1/4 cup soy sauce 2 TBS
- 3 - TBS. Paprika
- 2 - TBS. Salt
- 2 - TBS. dried parsley
- 2 - tsp. onion power
- 2 - tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt
- can add 1/4 cayenne pepper if desired
PUMPKIN CAKE

Mix sugar, oil and eggs. Add soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp. Soda
- 3 tsp. Baking power
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp. Cinnamon
- 3 cups flour
- 2 cups pumpkin
- 1 1/2 cups nuts
- Cream cheese frosting
- 4 oz. Cream cheese
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 2 TBS. Butter
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1 tbs. Milk or till right consistency.
- 1/3 of this amount will frost just the top.
Pineapple Bundt Poke Cake

- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding( 4 serving size)
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 vanilla bean pod, split in half
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter melted
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon cold milk
