Peanut Butter Pie

Step 1: Beat cream cheese, sugar peanut butter, butter and vanilla in large mixing bowl, until creamy
- Filling:
- 1 pkg. 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 TBS melted butter or margarine
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream, beaten until stiff
- 1-9 inch prepared chocolate cookie-crumb crust
- Topping:
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoons brewed coffee
- Chopped peanuts, for garnish
Orange Creamsicle Cocktail

Add all the ingredients in the blender, adding the ice last
- 1-1/2 oz. Grand Marnier
- 2-1/2 oz. vanilla-infused vodka (such as Stoli Vanilla)
- 2 1/2 cups of orange sherbet
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 dash vanilla extract
- 2 cups crushed ice
Barbecued Spareribs

2 racks spareribs (the smaller the better); salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Med. Onion, finely chopped.
- 2 TBS butter
- 2 TBS vinegar
- 2 TBS dark brown sugar
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 1 Cup ketchup
- 3 TBS Worcestershire sauce
- ½ TBS prepared mustard
- ½ cup water
- ½ cup chopped parsley

- 2.5 lbs-3 lbs Chicken Breast
- 1 packet (.7 ounce) of dried Italian dressing mix
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
Southwest Tortellini Chowder

In Dutch oven or 4-quart saucepan, heat broth, salsa and orange peel to boiling
- 3 cans (10 1/2 oz each) condensed chicken broth
- 1 1/2 cups mild chunky-style salsa or picante
- 1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel
- 2 packages (9 oz each) refrigerated meat-filled or cheese-filled tortellini*
- 2 cups Green Giant™ frozen cut broccoli (from 1-lb bag)
- 1 cup Green Giant™ frozen whole kernel corn (from 1-lb bag)
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped red bell pepper
- 1 can (5 oz) evaporated milk
- Dash salt
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Pizza Fluffins

Directions Combine 1-1/2 cups flour, undissolved yeast, sugar, salt and oregano in large mixer bowl
- For Dipping (optional):
- 2-3/4 cups all-purpose flour (OR substitute 1 cup whole wheat flour for 1 cup all-purpose)
- 1 envelope Fleischmann's® RapidRise Yeast
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1-1/2 teaspoons Spice Islands® Oregano
- 1-1/4 cups very warm water (120º to 130ºF)
- 1 tablespoon Mazola® Corn Oil
- 3/4 cup finely chopped OR mini pepperoni
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 cup 1/2-inch cubed mozzarella cheese OR shredded if making minis
- Pizza sauce

Cranberry-apple sweet potatoes

In a lg. saucepan cook potatoes, covered in enough boiling salted water, about 15 min
- 5-6 medium sweet potatoes peeled or 2 18 oz cans or 1 40 oz can sweet pot potatoes, drained and cut into bite size pieces.
- 1-21 oz can apple pie filling
- 1- 8oz can whole cranberry sauce
- 2 TBS. apricot preserves
- 2 TBS. orange marmalade.
Magic Custard Cake

Preheat oven to 325 F degrees
- Magic Custard Cake Ingredients:
- 4 eggs (whites separated from yolks), room temp
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 8 Tablespoons butter, melted
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 2 cups milk lukewarm
- powdered sugar for dusting cake
- For chocolate, add 1/2 cup coco powder to mix.
Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Brownies

1. Prepare the brownies: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
- BROWNIE:
- 4 ounces unsweetened chocolate, finely chopped
- 1 cup salted butter, melted
- 2 cups light brown sugar, packed
- 4 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- COOKIE DOUGH (EGG FREE!):
- 3/4 cup salted butter, at room temperature
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 3/4 cup granulated white sugar
- 3 Tablespoons milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup semisweet chips + 1 teaspoon shortening for drizzle, optional
