Bacon Stuffed French Toast

Fry your bacon until nice and crispy
- 8 slices of white bread (2 per piece of toast)
- 8 rashers of bacon, cut in half
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
- 1 tbsp butter
- maple syrup and icing sugar to finish
Luscious Tropical Dream Cake

HEAT oven to 350ºF. DRAIN pineapple, reserving 1 cup juice
- 1 can (20 oz.) DOLE Crushed Pineapple in Juice, undrained
- 1 pkg. (2-layer size) yellow cake mix
- 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Instant Pudding
- 1-1/2 cups cold milk
- 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
- 1/2 cup BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut, toasted
- 1/2 cup chopped PLANTERS Pecans
Slow-Cooked Sirloin

Directions 1. In a large nonstick skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray, brown beef on both sides

- * 1 (1 1/2-pound) boneless beef sirloin steak
- * 1 medium onion, cut into 1-inch chunks
- * 1 medium green bell pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces
- * 1 (14.5 ounce) can reduced-sodium beef broth
- * 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- * 1/4 teaspoon dill weed
- * 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- * 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- * 1 dash crushed red pepper flakes
- * 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- * 2 tablespoons water
Pretzel Peanut Butter Rice Crispy Treats

Preparation: Lightly grease a 9" x 13" pan and set aside
- Ingredients:
- 4 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 (7-oz) jar marshmallow fluff
- 5 cups Rice Krispies
- 1-1/2 cups roughly chopped thin pretzel "snacks" or "chips"
- 1 (8-oz) bag mini peanut butter cups
7 layer Salad

- 1 Head of lettuce
- 4-6 Stalks celery
- 1 pkg. Frozen peas
- 1 Bermuda onion
- 8 tbsp. reduced calorie mayo
- 6 tsp sugar (mix with mayo)

Spinach and Tortellini Soup

- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) no-salt-added diced tomatoes, undrained
