Pork Chop and Hashbrown Bake

Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat
- Vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper
- 24 oz frozen shredded hashbrowns, thawed
- 6 boneless pork chops, 1 1/2-2 inches thick
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- 1 large can dried onion pieces
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Bacon, Apple Raspberry Vinaigrette Salad!

Combine 1st 5 ingredients for dressing in a blender and blend till smooth
- Dressing:
- 2-3 Romaine Hearts, Shredded
- 1-2 apples chopped
- 1 pkg. Bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 pkg. Walnuts
- 1 pkg Feta Cheese
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 cup Red wine vinegar
- 1/2 small Red onion
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp poppy seeds

Directions In a Dutch oven, combine the first nine ingredients; bring to a boil
- Ingredients
- 6 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 small carrot, grated
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped seeded jalapeno pepper
- 3 cups water
- 2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons beef bouillon granules
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 pound sliced fresh mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 5 cups 2% milk, divided
- 6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 package (16 ounces) process cheese (Velveeta), cubed
- Crumbled cooked bacon

Preparation : Generously butter the inside of a 10-inch springform pan
- 5 large eggs, room temperature
- 2 cups (one pint) sour cream, room temperature
- 4 8-ounce packages cream cheese, room temperature
- 8 tablespoons (one stick) unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
COCONUT-PECAN GERMAN CHOCOLATE PIE

Instructions: Preheat oven to 400°
- Ingredients:
- 1 pie crust (use your favorite pie crust recipe or you can use pillsbury pie crust that you unroll..there are 2 in the box and you will just need on)
- For the filling:
- 4 ounces German sweet chocolate, chopped
- 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 ounce)
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped pecans or you can use walnuts if you want
- For the topping:
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup butter, sliced
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 cup coconut flakes (the sweetened kind)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

- 1/4 TBS garlic Powder
- 1/4 TBS Lemon Pepper
- 1/2 Tsp. Dill Weed
- 1 Bag Fritos (9 1/4) oz.
- 1 Box Oyster Crackers
Twice-Baked Potatoes in a Dish and Potato Skins

1. Preheat oven to 350° Fahrenheit
- 9 medium russet potatoes
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup milk (if potatoes are too thick)
- 1 jar bacon bits, or a half pound of bacon, fried and cut into bits, or cut into bits and fried
- 2 1/2 to 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- canola oil to fry in
- sour cream, if desired
- 3 green onions, sliced
