Strawberry Rhubarb Coffee Cake Recipe

Directions In a saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch; stir in rhubarb and strawberries
- CAKE:
- Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup cornstarch
- 4 cups chopped fresh rhubarb or frozen rhubarb
- 1 package (10 ounces) frozen sweetened sliced strawberries, thawed
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup cold butter, cubed
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- TOPPING:
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed
- May use 1- 20 oz can of cherry pie filling instead of strawberries.
Jalapeno Popper Dip

Preheat oven to 350. Combine all of the ingredients into a medium bowl
- Topping:
- 6-8 slices of bacon, diced and cooked crispy
- 2 8-oz packages of cream cheese, soft
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- 4-6 jalapeno's, chopped and deseeded. The seeds will make it fiery hot.
- 1 cup of cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup diced green onion
- 1 cup of crushed crackers ( I used Ritz)
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 stick of butter, melted
Bundt Cake Breakfast

This Bundt Cake Breakfast recipe is perfect for brunch
- 1 cup ham, diced
- 2 cups tater tots, frozen
- 12 eggs, whisked
- 1 (8-count) can Pilsbury Grands biscuits, diced up
- 2 cups cheese, your choice, I used cheddar
- 1/4 cup milk

Chocolate-Covered Turtles

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 1/2 pounds pecan halves (about 7 1/2 cups)
- 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut up, plus more for pans
- 2 cups light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 2 cups sugar
- Pinch of baking soda
- 1 twelve-ounce can evaporated milk
- 1 pound semisweet chocolate
Ravioli Soup Recipe

Directions In a Dutch oven, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups water
- 2 cans (one 28 ounces, one 14-1/2 ounces) crushed tomatoes
- 1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste
- 1-1/2 cups chopped onion
- 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3/4 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 package (9 ounces) refrigerated cheese ravioli
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Additional minced fresh parsley, optional

- 1 clove garlic, minced

- 2 teaspoons canola oil

- 1 envelope pork gravy mix

German Chocolate Bars

- 1 pkg. (18 1/4 oz.) German Chocolate cake mix
- 1/2 cup coarsely crushed pretzels

- 1 cup dark corn syrup
- 2 1/4 cups flaked coconut
