- (4 tbsp) Dry white wine
- (4 tbsp) Tarragon vinegar
- (1 tsp) Green onions, finely chopped
- (1 tsp) Parsley, finely chopped
- (1/4 tsp) Thyme
- (1/4 tsp) Tarragon
- 3 Egg yolks
- (1/2 cup) Butter
- Salt and pepper

1. Preheat oven to 400°F/200˚C
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 cups mushrooms, quartered
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 egg yolks
- ¼ cup chives, chopped
- 1 sirloin steak
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 2 tablespoons canola oil

White Mac & Cheese

- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 shallot, chopped fine (optional)
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 1/2 tablespoon corn starch
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup cream
- 8 ounces Gruyere, grated (some extra for sprinkling on top)
- 6 ounces sharp white cheddar, grated (some extra for sprinkling on top)
- 2 ounces Monterey Jack, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 pounds macaroni, or other pasta, cooked

- 1/2 cup dark Brown Sugar
- 1/3 cup Whiskey
- 1/3 cup Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/3 cup Apple Juice
- 1 T. Soy Sauce
- 1 T. Black Pepper
- 1 tsp. Onion Powder
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
Glazed Skillet Pork Chops

For thicker chops, preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cayennne pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 2 T. olive oil
- 4 thick cut boneless pork chops
Vampire Tacos

1. Combine steak and all marinade ingredients in a large plastic storage bag or bowl
- Marinade:
- 1 pound flank steak or skirt steak
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 4 cloves garlic, sliced
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 package corn tortillas
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Sauce:
- ⅔ cup mayo
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2-3 chipotle peppers, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- ¼ cup cheddar cheese
- 1 cup guacamole
- 1 cup pico de gallo
- ½ cup cotija cheese or queso fresco

Honey Garlic Chicken -- Crockpot

Arrange chicken thighs on the bottom of the slow cooker; set aside
- 4-8 Boneless, skinless Chicken Thighs
- 4 cloves of Garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 2 T. fresh parsley

- 1 1/4 cups white sugar
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder

- 2 large eggs
