Honey Garlic Chicken -- Crockpot

  • 4-8 Boneless, skinless Chicken Thighs
  • 4 cloves of Garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
  • 2 T. fresh parsley
  • 1/2 T. toasted sesame seeds

Step 1

Arrange chicken thighs on the bottom of the slow cooker; set aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine garlic, honey, ketchup, soy sauce, oregano, and parsley; whisk until thoroughly combined.

Pour the sauce over the chicken thighs.

Close with a lid and cook 4-5 hours on LOW, or 3-4 hours on HIGH.

Remove chicken and serve (sprinkle toasted sesame seeds).
