Skinner's Brunswick Stew

Melt butter in large saucepan over medium heat
- 1/4 lb salted butter
- 3 cup diced sweet onion (3 sm/2 lg onions)
- 3 cups diced potatoes (2 cans)
- 2 T minced Garlic
- 1 tsp cayenne
- 1 T Black pepper
- 1 T salt
- 1/4 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
- 4 cups Chicken Stock
- 1 lb smoked pulled Pork
- 1 lb smoked brisket
- 1 lb smoked chicken shredded
- 3 cups Skinner’s Memphis BBQ sauce
- 1 cup early/sweet peas
- 2 cans whole kernel sweet corn (4 cups)
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can butter beans
- 1 giant can, stewed/crushed tomatoes and liquid (2 reg. cans)

- 1/4 cup Spicy Brown Mustard
- 1/4 cup Honey Mustard
- 1/4 cup Dark Corn Syrup
- 1 Tbsp. Kosher salt
- 2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Molasses (more)
- 2 tsp. Onion Powder
- 1 Tbsp. Cider Vinegar
- 1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 can Vernor’s
- 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 2 Tbsp. A-1 Sauce
- 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
- 2 Tbsp. Light Corn Syrup
- 3 tsp. Pepper
- 1 tsp. Tabasco
- 3 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
Cranberry-Orange Glazed Turkey

I use the glaze with my grilled turkey, and I definitely recommend mixing leftover glaze into gravy
- Glaze:
- 1/2 cup frozen cranberry juice cocktail concentrate, thawed
- 1/2 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1/4 cup orange marmalade
- 1 1/4 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Turkey:
- One 11-pound turkey, cut into 6 pieces
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 3/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Cranberry Orange Glaze, recipe follows
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- Assorted fresh herb sprigs, orange wedges and whole cranberries, for garnish

Pepperoni Pizza Pull Apart Bread

- 2 Cans of Pizza Dough or Biscuits
- 2 cups Mozzarella cheese (or your favorite cheese)
- 2 tablespoons of a really good Italian seasoning (link in post) or parsley flakes
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 - 8 oz package of pepperoni (we used the turkey)
- 1 cup Parmesean cheese
- Optional: Add a 1/2 teaspoon of fresh garlic or garlic powder (it's amazing)
Skirt Steak

Heat charcoal, preferably natural chunk, until grey ash appears
- • 1/2 cup olive oil
- • 1/3 cup soy sauce
- • 4 scallions, washed and cut in 1/2
- • 2 large cloves garlic
- • 1/4 cup lime juice
- • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- • 3 tablespoons dark brown sugar or Mexican brown sugar
- • 2 pounds inside skirt steak, cut into 3 equal pieces

- 1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar

- 1/4 cup (60g) yogurt2
- 1/2 cup (120ml) milk3
- 1/4 (60ml) cup pineapple juice (reserved from the canned pineapple or use fresh)
- 1 Tablespoon (15ml) vanilla extract

- 1/4 tsp Sage
