A family recipe for hot summer days...like a glass of lemonade and a scoop of ice cream in pie form.

  • 6 oz. Frozen lemonade concentrate
  • 1 pint Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 3 1/2 Cups Cool Whip
  • 1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust

Step 1

Allow the Frozen Lemonade and Vanilla Ice Cream to soften.

Using a mixing device, "whip" the frozen lemonade to loosen chunks. Then "whip" in the vanilla ice cream until combined.

On lowest speed (or by hand), "fold" in the Cool Whip Whipped Cream.

Mixure should still be thick enough to "pile." If not place in freezer for 30 minutes until stiff enough to pile.

Pour mixture into graham crust (there will be extra, so pile it a bit deep in the center).

Freeze; serve slightly thawed.
