Fruit Salsa

Chop all fruit into very small cubes
- 3 granny smith apples - peeled and cored
- 3 kiwi - peeled
- 2 large peaches - pitted & peeling optional
- 2 large nectarines - pitted & peeling optional
- 3 plums - pitted & peeling optional
- strawberries - stems removed
- 1 can crushed pineapples (drained except for 2 tbsp juice)
- 3 tbsp strawberry or seedless raspberry preserves
Gnocchi with Sausage & Broccoli Rabe

Fresh store bough Gnocchi makes this delicious recipe a breeze to make
- 8 ounces store-bought fresh gnocchi
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 ounces raw sausage, casings removed
- 5 1/2 ounces broccoli rabe, roughly chopped (if you don't like broccoli rabe you can use broccoli or fresh spinach)
- 2 teaspoons garlic, chopped (about 2-cloves)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons pecorino Romano cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon crush red pepper
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
