- 3/4 pound lean beef sirloin strip
- 2 teaspoons oil
- 1 cup reduced sodium chicken broth, divided
- 5 cups broccoli florets
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger root, minced
- 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 cup water

- 2 tsp to 1 tbsp steak seasoning blend

- 1 small red pepper chopped
- 1 small yellow pepper chopped
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 4 crusty rolls (toasted and buttered as desired)

Soak beef in water to get out most of the salt
- 2 packages cream cheese (room temperature)
- 6 scallions (chopped)
- 2 jars dry beef
- 2 Tbsp mayo
- 1 tsp lemon juice
