Fondue Dippers

- Use the following dippers for Chinese fondue:

- Shrimp
- Brocoli
- Mushrooms

- Use the following dippers and dips for Cheese fondue:
- Bread
- Apples
- Pears
- Oil
- Pesto
Ginger Dressing Salad

Combine all dressing ingredients and toss with salad
- Dressing:
- 6 T oil
- 3 T balsamic vinegar
- 2 T brown sugar
- 2 T soy sauce
- 1 t paprika
- 1 t Dijon mustard
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 inches ginger root, shredded
- Salad:
- greens
- green onion
- raisins
- nuts
- apple, chopped
Philly Fresh Pasta

1) Blanch carrots and peppers for 30 sec in boiling water
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 4 oz snow peas
- 8 oz farfelle pasta
- 4 large plum tomatoes, chopped
- 1 c basil, chopped
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 T parsley, chopped
- 1 T lemon zest
Sweet Fritters

1) Combine dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately then combine
- 2 c flour
- 1 t baking powder
- 3 T sugar
- 1/2 t nutmeg
- 1 t cinnamon
- 2 eggs
- 1 t vanilla
- 2 c milk
- 2 t butter, melted
- 2 overripe bananas, sliced
Pork, Squash, and White Bean Soup

- 10 oz ground pork
- 1 1/4 c cannellini beans
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 oz lacinato kale, chopped
- 1 butternut squash, peel and chop
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1 red onion, dice
- 1 bunch sage
Brownie Pudding

1) Stir together flour, sugar, 2T cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt
- 1 c flour
- 3/4 c sugar
- 6 T cocoa powder
- 2 t baking powder
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/2 c milk
- 2 T oil
- 1 t vanilla
- 3/4 c brown sugar
Crab stuffed fish

1) Saute onions, garlic, celery, and pepper in 2 T butter
- 1/2 c butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1/4 red pepper, chopped
- 4 slices toast
- black pepper
- 1/4 t thyme
- 1 c (8 oz) crabmeat
- 1 T parley, chopped
- 4 fish fillets
- juice of lemon
Gourmet Potatoes

1) Boil potatoes. Grate. 2) Melt cheese and butter in a pan over low heat
- 6 medium potatoes
- 2 c shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c butter
- 1 1/2 c sour cream
- 1/3 c onion, chopped
- 1 t salt
- 1 1/4 t pepper
- 2 T butter
- paprika
Chocolate Caramel Fondue

- 2 cups baking chocolate
- 1/3 cup evaporate milk
- 2/3 cup caramel sauce
