Bean Salad

Combine all ingredients and chill
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 celery stalk, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 16 oz kidney beans, drained
- 16 oz yellow beans, drained
- 16 oz chick peas, drained
- 2 c green beans
- 1/4 c sugar
- 1 c vinegar
- 1/2 c water
- basil leaves
- tarragon leaves
- fresh parsley
Chicken Stir Fry

Made for my fifth grade meal I cooked myself
- 2 boneless chicken breasts, chopped
- 1 T green onions, chopped
- 1/3 c orange juice
- 1/2 c grapes
- 1/2 c pineapple chunks
- 1/2 c carrot pieces
- 1/2 c green pepper pieces
- 1/2 c pineapple juice
- 1/4 c water
- 2 T brown sugar
- 1/4 c vinegar
- 1 T soy sauce
- 1 T Worcestershire sauce
- 1 T cornstarch
Chicken Wat

1) Combine all ingredients in a large pan and simmer 5 min
- 1 lb chicken, cook
- 2 c onions
- garlic, minced
- ginger
- fenugreek
- cardamom
- nutmeg
- ground red pepper
- paprika
- cinnamon
Chocolate Pudding

1) Combine honey, cornstarch, cocoa, and milk over low heat and stir till thick
- 1/3 c honey
- 2 T cornstarch
- 2 T cocoa
- 2 c milk
- 1 t vanilla
- 1/4 c peanut butter

Baked Spaghetti

- 1 c onion, chopped
- 1 c green pepper, chopped
- 3 c tomatoes, chopped
- 1 lbs. ground turkey
- 2 t oregano
- 12 oz spaghetti, cook
- 8 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded

Vegetable Avocado Saute

1) Saute garlic, shallot, and thyme
- 1 1/2 T oil
- 2 t garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 large shallot, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 t fresh thyme
- 3 zucchinis, cut lengthwise, sliced 1/4 inch thick
- 1/2 red bell pepper, cut into 1 inch squares
- 1 T grated lemon peel
- 1 1/2 T lemon juice
- 1 Haas Avocado, peeled and cut into chunks
Pumpkin Cheesecake

1) Combine crumbs, butter, and sugar and press into a spring-form pan
