Easy Cheesy Bacon Biscuit Pull Aparts

- One roll refrigerated biscuit dough, 8 count
- 6 thin slices fresh mozzarella, 1/4-inch thick
- 1 cup Smithfield cooked, crumbled bacon

Preheat the broiler. Line a small baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly spray with olive oil
- Olive Oil spray
- 4 (4 ounce) trimmed bonelss pork loin chops
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- salt to taste
- ground black pepper to taste
- 8 teaspoons of Ken's Steak House honey teriyaki marinade and sauce
- 4 slices of canned pineapple in juice, drained

Cream sugar and eggs together then add remaining ingredients except flour add it in gradually
- 4 1/4 c all purpose flour
- 1 c sugar
- 3 lg eggs
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp rum, spiced (Captain Morgans)
- 1 Tbsp cream sherry
- 2 Tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 c sour cream
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- cooking oil
- powder sugar
- EXTRA FLOUR AS NEEDED
Orange Chiffon Cupcakes with Meringue Buttercream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 2 large egg whites
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 cups sifted cake flour (sift before measuring)
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup vanilla infused sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon orange liqueur (recommended: Grand Marnier)
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 2 large egg yolks
- 2 teaspoons finely grated orange zest
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup vanilla infused sugar
- 1/2 cup egg whites (about 6 large egg whites) at room temperature
- 1 1/2 cups unsalted butter, cut into 1/2 inch pieces, at room temperature
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 2 tablespoons orange liqueur
- 2 teaspoons finely grated orange zest plus additional coarsely grated orange zest, for garnish, optional
Pineapple Pretzel Fluff

In a small bowl, combine the pretzels, butter and 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup coarsely crushed pretzels
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar, divided
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 carton (12 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
Ranch Oyster Crackers

Preheat oven to 250°. In a large mixing bowl, combine first 5 ingredients and mix well
- 1 (1 oz) package ranch dressing mix
- 1/4 cup canola or vegetable oil
- 1 t dried dill weed (or to your taste)
- 1/2 t garlic powder (or to your taste)

- 4 ounces thinly sliced cooked deli turkey

- 5 slices precooked bacon
