Smores Trifle

Prepare chocolate cake mix and pudding according to package directions
- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 1 large box chocolate pudding (instant or Cook & Serve)
- 1 bag mini-marshmallows
- 1 pack Graham crackers, crushed
- 1 bag chocolate chips
- 3 cups whipped cream (or Cool Whip)
- Hershey's kisses, optional
- Mini-Hershey's chocolate bars, optional
Cinnamon Roll Cake

Mix everything together except for the butter
- CAKE:
- 3 cups flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- TOPPING:
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- GLAZE:
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 5 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Cinnamon Apple Pecan Crumb Bars

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- For the apples:
- 3 medium fuji apples, peeled, cored and cut into a 1/2" dice
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- For the crumb:
- 2 sticks (1 cup) butter, soften
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 egg
- For the icing:
- 2 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar, sifted
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Oven Tacos

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
- 2 lbs ground beef (or turkey/chicken)
- 1 small onion diced
- 1 small can diced green chilies
- taco seasoning for the ground beef
- 1 (8 ounce) can low sodium tomato sauce
- 1 (16 ounce) can fat free refried beans
- 2 cups shredded reduced fat Colby-jack cheese
- 18-20 hard taco shells {if gluten free, be sure they are}
Deep-Dish Lasagna Pie

1 Heat oven to 425°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray
- 1 lb bulk Italian pork sausage
- 1 large onion, chopped (about 1 cup)
- 2 cups tomato pasta sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- 1 egg
- 1 container (15 oz) part-skim ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (8 oz)
- 2 cans (13.8 oz each) Pillsbury® refrigerated classic pizza crust
Banana Coconut Upside Down Cake

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray 2 (8 inch) round cake pans with cooking spray
- 1 BettyCrocker yellow cake mix
- 3 whole eggs
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup water
- 6 bananas sliced 1/4 inch thick
- 1 1/2 cups shredded coconut
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, divided
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
Apple Pie Eggrolls

In a medium size pan, melt butter, add apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon
- for garnish:
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 cups apples, peeled, cored, and diced
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 5 egg roll wrappers
- vegetable oil for frying
- 1 tablespoon sugar mixed with 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Candied Bacon Chocolate Chip Cookies

- For the candied bacon:
- 8 slices center cut thick bacon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- For the cookies:
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 Tablespoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 whole egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
