Buffalo Chicken Lasagna

The great taste of Buffalo Wings in the form of a Lasagna
- Optional Ingredients:
- 3 chicken breasts, boneless, cooked and chopped (I chopped my very fine)
- 1 cup Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo Sauce
- 3 1/2 cups pasta sauce
- Uncooked lasagna noodles
- Tub Ricotta Cheese
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup water
- Add in 2 sweet bell peppers (not a fan of those in our house so we skipped it)
- We used more cheese than we required too :)
Nutella Shots

Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until thick and creamy
- 1 cup ice
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons Nutella
- 1 shot Baileys
- 1 shot vanilla vodka
Almond Snowball Cookies

Pulse the almonds and sugar in a food processor until very finely ground
- 3/4 cup sliced almonds
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, sliced and softened (1 1/2 sticks)
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon fine salt
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
White Chocolate Oreo Cupcakes

Heat the oven to 180C and line cupcake tin with papers or grease the tin
- 150 g butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 8.5 oz. white chocolate
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 10 fl. oz. hot milk
- 10 Oreo cookies, crushed (kitchen shears do a wonderful job too!). More for sprinkling.
Georgia Cookie Candy

Line a 13 by 9 by 2-inch pan with foil
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter or margarine, softened
- 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 3 cups confectioners' sugar, sifted
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Nacho Beef Bake

1. In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain
- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 can (15 ounce) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 envelope reduced-sodium taco seasoning
- 2 (8 ounce) tubes refrigerated reduced-fat crescent rolls
- 1 cup (8 ounce) reduced-fat sour cream
- 1 cup (4 ounce) shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
- 4 ounce baked nacho tortilla chips (about 2 cups), crushed
- 3 cups shredded lettuce
- 3 medium tomatoes, chopped
Lemon-Lime Sugar Cookie Truffles

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 batch of sugar cookie dough (I used a store-bought mix, but you can use any recipe you like!)
- zest and juice of 1 large lemon and 1 large lime
- 1 1/2 blocks cream cheese (12 ounces) at room temperature
- 1 package white chocolate candy coating
- colored sprinkles or coarse sugar, for garnish
Idaho Surprise

Lay the baked potato on its side, and use a knife to carefully cut off the top third of the potato
- 1 large baked potato (russett or sweet)
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 strips bacon, cooked and diced
- 2 Tbsp. shredded cheese
- 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
Buttermilk Blueberry Breakfast Cake

1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 2 tsp. lemon zest or more — zest from 1 large lemon
- 7/8 cup* + 1 tablespoon sugar**
- 1 egg, room temperature
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cups flour (set aside 1/4 cup of this to toss with the blueberries)
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 7/8 cup = 3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons
- This 1 tablespoon is for sprinkling on top
Chicken Enchilada Dip Rollups

Bite sized slices of enchiladas made for dipping
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/3 cup Mexican blend cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon garlic, finely minced (I used the zester for this. A garlic press would work nicely, as well.)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Cayenne pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- 1 small, southwest flavored rotisserie chicken, skinned and shredded
- 1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 10 ounce can Rotel tomatoes
- 1 package jalapeno cheddar tortillas
