- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 12 Fun Size Snickers Candy Bars; cut into fourths
Mint Cookie Candies

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt candy coating and 4 teaspoons shortening; stir until smooth
- 12 ounces white candy coating, coarsely chopped
- 6 teaspoons shortening, divided
- 1/4 teaspoon green food coloring
- 4 mint creme Oreo cookies, crushed
- 2 packages (4.67 ounces each) mint Andes candies

Heat the oven to 350 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or coat it with cooking spray
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup powdered sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Banana Fosters Crumb Cake

Center a rack in the oven and preheat the oven to 350F
- For the Crumbs:
- 5 TBSP unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- For the Bananas:
- 2 TBSP unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 TBSP banana liqueur
- 2 TBSP dark rum
- 2 large bananas, sliced in rounds
- For the Cake:
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar, loosely packed
- 6 TBSP unsalted butter, at room temperature

Clean and pat dry pork steak
- 4 pcs Pork steak cut
- Salt and pepper
- 1 cup Bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup Flour
- 1 pc Beaten egg
- Oil for frying
- 2 pcs Cheddar cheese singles
- 4 pcs Cooked bacon
- 2 tbsp Tonkatsu sauce (Bulldog)
- 2 tbsp Japanese mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp Black sesame
Lemon Macadamia Nut Cakes

- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup whole, toasted macadamia nuts

Chicken Bruschetta Pasta

- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1/3 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1 tub(10 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Savory Garlic Cooking Creme
- 2 cups grape tomatoes
- 2 cups cooked farfalle (bow-tie pasta)
- 12 fresh basil leaves, torn
Keilbasa Cabbage Stew

In a large saucepan or nonstick skillet, brown sausage over medium heat
- 1/2 pound smoked turkey kielbasa or Polish sausage, sliced
- 1 pound potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 3/4 cup water, divided
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 can (16 ounces) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
