  • 3 Tbsp finely chopped parsley
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 Tbsp fresh thyme, chopped (about 3 sprigs)
  • 1/2 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 5 oz chicken breast, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
  • 1/4 cup sliced, roasted almonds
