COOK pasta as directed on package
- 4 cups rigatoni, uncooked
- 1 lb. Italian sausage, cut into chunks
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
Chocolate Nutella Scotcheroos

Butter or spray a 9 x 13-inch baking pan
- 1 cup (200g) sugar
- 1 cup (320g) light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup (130g) creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup (130g) Nutella
- 6 cups (200g) rice cereal
- 1 cup (165g) chocolate chips
- 1 cup (165g) butterscotch-flavored chips
- optional: fleur de sel or flaky sea salt
Toasted Almond Raspberry Blondies

1. Preheat oven to 325. Butter an 8 inch square baking pan
- 9 tablespoons (1 stick plus 1 tablespoon) unsalted butter, room temperature, plus more for pan
- 1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon coarse salt
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup sliced almonds, toasted
- 2 2/3 cups raspberries
Roasted Broccoli and Cauliflower Vermicelli

Heat oven to 500 F. In a baking dish combine the broccoli, cauliflower, olive oil, asafetida, salt and pepper
- Ingredients to roast:
- 1 medium broccoli and 1 medium cauliflower cut into florets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon asafetida
- Sprinkle salt and fresh ground pepper
- Ingredients for noodle seasoning:
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon asafetida
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1/4 teaspoon (or more) of fresh ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of salt (or to taste)
- 1 16 ounce package of vermicelli noodles
Vanilla Ice

Combine almond milk and sugar in a large saucepan
- 2 c. almond milk
- 1/3 c. granulated sugar
- 1 vanilla bean
- 1 tsp. vanilla (optional--add for more intense vanilla flavor)
Peppermint Pattie Cookies

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 sticks (12 tablespoons) of unsalted butter, melted and cooled
- 1 cup loosely brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg + 1 egg yolk, at room temperature
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips

- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 3 tablespoons evaporated milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract

- 3.5 ounces dark chocolate, chopped
- 2.5 tablespoons heavy cream
Raspberry-Cream Sandwich Cookies

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 sticks (10 tablespoons) unsalted butter softened
- 1 1/2 cups plus 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 large egg
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1 vanilla bean halved lengthwise, seeds scraped and reserved
- 6 ounces (1 cup) fresh raspberries
- 7 1/2 ounces best-quality white chocolate coarsely chopped
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
Mozzarella And Asiago Arancini

Once risotto is cool, stir in Asiago and egg until well combined
- 2 cups prepared Arborio Rice
- 1/3 cup finely shredded Asiago Cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 package Light Rye (or other flavor) Wasa Crispbread, pulverized
- 8-10 small cubes of fresh mozzarella (about 1/2 inch square)

Bacon Mac N’ 4 Cheese Pie

Mix together melted butter and breadcrumbs
- Crust
- 1 1/2 cups italian flavored breadcrumbs
- 4 Tbsp melted butter
- Filling
- 1 cup uncooked macaroni pasta
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 5 strips crumbled bacon
- 1/2 caramelized sweet onion, rough chopped
- 1 cup cream
- 1 cup 2% milk
- 2 cups of shredded cheese…I blended Kerrygold Aged Cheddar & Aged Cheddar With Irish Whiskey, extra sharp cheddar and Gruyere cheeses
- 1 tsp thyme
- pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese for the topping
