Hugh Jackman's Favorite Fried Rice

1. Heat 4 tbsp. vegetable oil in a small, nonstick skillet over high heat
- 8 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp. minced garlic
- 2 tbsp. minced fresh ginger
- Coarse salt
- 2 cups sliced leeks
- 4 cups day-old cooked rice
- Mild chili powder (or gochugaru)
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tsp. sesame oil
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
Crockpot Sweet Potato Chili

Combine all ingredients in the base of your slow cooker and stir to mix well
- 28 ounce can crushed tomatoes
- 14 ounce can diced tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and chopped into 1” pieces
- 1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 15 ounce can kidney beans
- 15 ounce can black beans
- 1 lb ground beef sirloin (optional)

1. In a medium saucepan heat whipping cream and butter over medium heat just to boiling
- 3/4 cup whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 14 ounces premium dark baking chocolate, chopped
- 1 tablespoon coffee liqueur
- 15 ounces white baking chocolate, chopped
- 1 tablespoon shortening
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee crystals

Mix together cake mix, lime zest, key lime juice, half and half and eggs
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1/2 tbsp. grated lime zest
- 1/3 cup key lime juice
- 3/4 cup half and half

Slow Cooker Meatball Stone Soup

In 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker, mix frozen meatballs, broth, tomatoes, potato, onion and garlic-pepper blend
- 1 bag (16 oz) frozen cooked Italian-style meatballs
- 1 carton (32 oz) Progresso® beef flavored broth
- 2 cans (14.5 oz each) diced tomatoes with Italian herbs, undrained
- 1 medium potato, chopped (1 cup)
- 1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic-pepper blend
- 1 bag (1 lb) frozen mixed vegetables
Pistachio Fudge

Line an 8-inch square pan with foil, allowing foil to extend over sides of pan
- 1 pound white baking chocolate
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 3 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Pure almond extract
- 1/8 teaspoon McCormick® green food color
- 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
- Additional pistachios for garnish, if desired

Doritos Cheesy Chicken Casserole

- 3 cups cooked chicken, chopped (I used a rotisserie chicken)
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 cups salsa or 1 can Rotel
- 1 can of corn, drained
- 2 cups Mexican cheese, shredded
- 1 bag of nacho cheese Doritos
Grilled Chipotle Rubbed Steaks with Lime Butter

Combine the butter, garlic, lime zest, lime juice, and a salt to taste
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 1 small garlic clove, minced (about 1/2 teaspoon)
- 1/4 teaspoon finely grated zest from 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon fresh juice from 1 lime
- Kosher salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sweet paprika
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chipotle powder
- Four thick, boneless steaks, such as ribeye or hanger, 10- to 12-ounces each
- Vegetable oil, for the grill
