In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, whisking until butter foams and begins to brown (2-3 minutes)
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs, room temperature
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 12 fun-sized Snickers, halved
- melted chocolate chips, for drizzling (optional)

- 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 (12-oz.) pkg. (2 cups) white vanilla chips
- 1 (3.25-oz.) jar macadamia nuts, chopped, toasted*
- 1 (16-oz.) can Pillsbury® Creamy Supreme® Vanilla Frosting
- 1/2 cup chopped dried pineapple
- 1/2 cup coconut, toasted*
- 1 teaspoon rum extract
- 1 teaspoon coconut extract
Beer And Beef Stew With Cheese Dumplings

Saute the onions and bacon for about 15 minutes
- 2.2 pounds beef cut into 1 inch/walnut sized pieces
- 2-3 tablespoons of oil
- 3 large onions, sliced
- 5 ozs bacon
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups beef stock
- 12 fl oz bottle of beer (I used Blue Tongue Brewery Pilsener)
- 3-4 bay leaves
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- For the dumplings
- 3.5 oz self raising flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1.7 oz butter melted
- 1 egg
- 1.7 oz grated cheese
Kisses Chocolate Mousse

1 Remove wrappers from chocolates
- 36 HERSHEY'S KISSES Brand Milk Chocolates
- 1-1/2 cups miniature marshmallows or 15 regular marshmallows
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons kirsch (cherry brandy) or 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 6 to 8 drops red food color (optional)
- 1 cup (1/2 pt.) cold whipping cream
- Additional HERSHEY'S KISSES Brand Milk Chocolates (optional)
Pineapple Cream Cheese Spread

Cut the top off your pineapple and cut it in half lengthwise
- 8 oz low fat cream cheese
- 1/2 cup low fat sour cream
- 150 g fresh pineapple, finely chopped
- 1/4 orange bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 celery rib, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 tsp old style mustard
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Pinch cayenne pepper
- 75-100 perfect pecan halves (to make the pineapple effect)
Coconut Banana Bread With Lime Glaze

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2 C flour
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 C sugar
- 1/4 C (4 Tbs) real butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 C mashed ripe bananas (about 4 large bananas)
- 1/4 C sour cream or plain yogurt
- 3 Tbs apple juice or milk*
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 C coconut
- Topping: 2 Tbs additional coconut
- Glaze: 1/2 C powdered sugar whisked with 1 1/2 Tbs fresh lime juice
- as in: don’t go buy apple juice just for this recipe. If you don’t already have some, just use milk!
Squash Puppies with Jalepeno Mayo

Puppies: Preheat the oven to 200 degrees F
- Mayo:
- Puppies
- 2 cups self-rising yellow cornmeal
- 3/4 cup self-rising flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 2 medium yellow squash (about 1 pound), minced
- 3/4 cup well-shaken buttermilk
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 3 tablespoons grated onion
- 1 jalapeño pepper, cored, seeded and minced
- Canola oil, for deep-frying
- 1 cup Roasted Jalapeño Mayonnaise, for dipping
- 3 jalapeño peppers
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
- 1 trimmed and chopped scallion
- 2 smashed garlic cloves
- Juice of 1 lime
- 6 fresh basil leaves
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
