Corn With Cheese And Bacon

Chop bacon into bite sized pieces and fry until crisp
- 6 slices bacon
- 2 bunches green onions
- 1 bag frozen corn
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream, half and half, or milk
- salt and pepper, to taste
Lemon Bar Trifle

In a small bowl, combine flour and pecans; stir in butter
- Crust
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup butter, melted
- Lemon Layer
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1-3/4 cups cold water
- 3 egg yolks, beaten
- 2/3 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 teaspoons grated lemon peel
- Cream Cheese Layer
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 3 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
Butterbeer Cupcakes

For the cupcakes: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line cupcake pans with paper liners
- For the cupcakes:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar, packed
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon butter flavoring
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup cream soda
- For the ganache:
- 1 11-oz. package butterscotch chips
- 1 cup heavy cream
- For the buttercream frosting:
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
- 1/3 cup butterscotch ganache
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon butter flavoring
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 16-oz. package powdered sugar
- Splash of milk or cream (as needed)
Raspberry Almond Tart

- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry (from a 17 1/4-ounce package), thawed
- 1 egg, beaten to blend
- 3/4 cup whipping cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons amaretto liqueur
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted and coarsely crumbled
- 2 (6-ounce) baskets fresh raspberries
- Unsweetened cocoa powder, for dusting
Steakhouse Potato Salad

PLACE potatoes in 2-qt. microwaveable dish
- 3 lb. small red potatoes (about 9), quartered
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing
- 6 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
Greek Dressing

- 2 1/2 tsps. garlic powder
- 2 1/2 tsps. dried oregano

- 2 tsps. Dijon-style mustard
