- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 stick (8 tbs) butter, cut into small cubes
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup of carbonated water
- 1/4 cup cold brewed coffee (can use coffee made with instant coffee powder)

- 1 (8-ounce) container diced fresh tomatoes (about 11⁄2 cups)
