Paula Deen's Banana Pudding

Line the bottom of a 13 by 9 by 2-inch dish with 1 bag of cookies and layer bananas on top
- 2 bags Pepperidge Farm Chessmen cookies
- 6 to 8 bananas, sliced
- 2 cups milk
- 1 (5-ounce) box instant French vanilla pudding
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (12-ounce) container frozen whipped topping thawed, or equal amount sweetened whipped cream
Asian Chicken Noodle Soup

Heat the sesame oil over medium high heat in a large heavy-bottomed stock pot
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp minced fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/4 th tsp salt
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1 jalapeno, thinly sliced
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 baby bok choy, chopped
- 5 oz chinese noodles (about half a package)
- sriracha sauce for serving (optional)
- chopped cilantro for serving (optional)
Island Bread

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp dark rum (flavoring)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cup pineapple (canned crushed, drained)
- 1/2 cup cherries (dried)
- 1 1/3 cup coconut (toasted)
Creamy Grape Dessert

Cut grapes in half and set aside
- Topping:
- 1 lb green seedless grapes, washed and dried well
- 1 lb red seedless grapes, washed and dried well
- 8 oz fat free Chiobani Greek yogurt
- 4 oz light cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup agave (or sugar)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (or pecans)
Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes

Place a rack in the top half of the oven and preheat to 375 degrees
- 2 cups milk
- 3 cloves garlic, smashed and peeled
- Salt
- 3 pounds baking potatoes, preferably Idaho, peeled and sliced 1/4 inch thick
- 3 ounces Gruyere cheese, coarsely grated (about 3/4 cup)
- Pinch cayenne pepper
- Black pepper
- 1 cup heavy cream
Cheesy Chicken, Bacon, and Rice Soup

Heat oil into a soup pot or dutch oven over medium heat
- 3 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 3 large carrots, finely chopped
- 2 Tablespoons fresh minced garlic
- 2 Cups cooked chicken, cut into chunks
- 2 Cups steamed white rice
- 4 Tablespoons butter
- 1/4 Cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
- 1 3/4 Cups chicken broth
- 1 Cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 Cup bacon, cooked and crumbled, plus 1/2 Cup to garnish bowls
Chocolate-Peanut Butter Cookie Treats

1 Heat oven to 375°F. Line cookie sheet with Reynolds Parchment Paper; set aside

- 1 pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) Betty Crocker® peanut butter cookie mix
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 egg
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips (6 oz)
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 to 2 cups powdered sugar
White Cheddar Mac and Cheese

Heat 350' oven. Grease 9x13 glass dish ( 8x8 or round casserole, if making half the recipe)
- 16 oz macaroni pasta (any shape shape you like)
- 1/2 C butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 C flour
- 3 1/2 C milk, warmed
- 1/4 C white wine (or sub w/chicken broth)
- 1/2 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1/2 lb cheddar, cubed
- 1/2 C panko bread crumbs
- 1 Tbl parsley
- 2 Tbl butter, melted
Carolina Barbecque Chex Mix
