- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt

- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp grated lemon zest (about 1 lemon)
- 1/2 cup fat-free milk
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 3/4 cup confectioner's sugar
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or skim milk)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 tbsp agave (or sugar, honey)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup white whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup fresh blueberries

Low-Carb Cinnamon Vanilla Pancakes

This entire batch is only 22 net grams of carbs
- 2 Cups Carbquik - Tova Carbquik Bake Mix
- 3/4 Cup Half and Half
- 1/3 Cup Water
- 1 Egg
- 1 Stick Salted Butter - Melted
- 3 oz. Cream Cheese - Softened
- 4 Tbs. Sugar-Free Vanilla Syrup. I use Toranis Sugar Free Syrup
- 1 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
- We served this with Joseph's SF Maple Syrup*** This was the first time we have tried and and we really liked it. It did not taste SF to me at all. . Also you can always use vanilla extract and a little sweetener in place of the SF vanilla syrup.
Instant Pot BBQ Pulled Pork

First start by prepping your work station
- Pork Roast, Mine was 2.63Lbs
- Any spices you'd like. (salt, pepper, chives,Worcestershire)
- 1/4 cup of Vegetable oil
- 2 cups of chicken stock or water
- BBQ(optional) OR make your own!
Queso Blanco Dip (White Cheese Dip)

Toss all ingredients into a large microwave-safe bowl
- 1 1/4 lb block White American Cheese (Land O'Lakes brand preferred), cut into 1-inch cubes

- 2 pickled jalapenos, chopped
