- 2 tbsp. honey
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 c. oats
Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls with Maple Cream Cheese Icing!

Servings: 10 cinnamon rolls Calories: 77 calories per cinnamon roll without the icing OR 97 calories per cinnamon
- Cinnamon Rolls:
- 1 package seamless crescent roll dough (*see note below)
- 1/2 cup pumpkin
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup sweetener of choice (or 1 tbs stevia or 6 packets stevia)
- pinch of salt
- pinch of pumpkin pie spice
- Maple Icing:
- 1/4 cup (2 oz) 1/3 less fat cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sugar substitute of choice (or 2-3 packets of stevia, use more or less depending on desired sweetness)
- 2 tsp powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp sugar free maple syrup, (or 1 tbs regular maple syrup or 1/8 tsp maple extract)
- (*Note on seamless crescent dough: Pillsbury makes this product, but if you can’t find it, you can buy reduced fat cresent rolls, and use a rolling pin to seal the ’seams’ together)
Beef, Cheddar and Potato Pie

Preheat the oven to 375°
- 2 pounds ground beef or ground turkey (see note above)
- 2 carrots, cut into 1/4-inch cubes
- 1 large onion, cut into 1/4-inch cubes
- 2 stalks celery, cut into 1/4-inch cubes
- 1 large clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 large baking potato, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup dark beer (I used amber)
- 12 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- Salt and pepper
- 2 sheets frozen puff pastry, thawed but cold
- 1 large egg yolk, beaten with 1 tablespoon water

1 Mix oats, sesame seeds, wheat germ and nuts in a good sized bowl
- 2 1/2 cups rolled whole oats
- 3/4 cup sesame seed
- 3/4 cup wheat germ
- 1/2 cup nuts (any kind)
- 1/2 cup oil (your choice)
- 1/2 cup honey (your choice)
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup chopped dates
- salt
Buffalo Blue Chicken Meatballs
