Slow-cooked Short Ribs

Start by trimming most of the fat off of the short ribs and season with salt and pepper
- 4 pounds beef short ribs (taste better bone in)
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups beef broth
- 3/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 3/4 packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chili sauce
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch (for thickening)
- Salt and pepper to taste

Directions Season salmon fillets with lemon pepper, garlic powder, and salt
- 1 1/2 pounds salmon fillets
- lemon pepper to taste
- garlic powder to taste
- salt to taste
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Homemade Pretzels

Combine the water, sugar, yeast, and butter in the bowl of a stand mixer and mix with the dough hook until combined
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1 package active dry yeast (2 1/4 teaspoons)
- 3 ounces unsalted butter, melted
- 2 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 4 1/2 to 5 cups all-purpose flour
- Vegetable oil
- 3 quarts water
- 3/4 cup baking soda
- 1 whole egg, beaten with 1 tablespoon cold water
- Coarse sea salt
Peppermint Chia Pudding

- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/4 cup of chia seeds
- 2 packets of stevia
- 2 candy canes or a handful of peppermint candy

- For the cheesecakes:
- 2 8 ounce packages cream cheese
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 eggs, separated
- 1 1/2 to 2 About 1 1/2 to 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- For the topping:
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- For the Sweet Cherry Sauce:
- 2-3 tablespoons sugar, to taste
- 12 ounces frozen sweet cherries, thawed
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 teaspoons corn starch dissolved in one tablespoon water
