Preheat oven to temperature specified on pizza dough package
- 1 roll refrigerated pizza dough (or make your own)
- marinara/pizza sauce
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil or melted butter
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
- mozzarella or Italian blend cheese
- pizza toppings of your choice (ham and pineapple, pepperoni, sausage, chopped green peppers or onions, etc.)

- 50 whole Andes Mints
- 1 stick 1/2 Cup Butter, Softened
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 ounces, weight Unsweetened Chocolate
- 2 whole Eggs
- 3/4 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1/4 teaspoon Mint Extract
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 1 ounce, weight Bittersweet Chocolate, Chopped Fine
Frito Snack Mix

1. Preheat oven to 350°F
- One 10.5-ounce bag of Fritos
- 2 cups Rice Chex Cereal
- 2 cups Pretzel Twists
- 1 1/2 cups nuts (I used walnuts, but peanuts, cashews or mixed nuts would work great)
- 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup of mini M&Ms

- 1 tablespoon baking powder, Argo brand is gluten free
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

- 6 tablespoons unrefined coconut oil, solid
- 2 large eggs, slightly beaten
- 2/3 cup low fat plain kefir or buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/3 cup sucanat or coconut sugar (honey is an option)
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 cup fresh blueberries

- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- Dash of salt
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

- for the cheese filling-
- 1-10 oz. tub Philadelphia Italian Herb & Cheese Cooking Cream
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3/4 pound mozzarella cheese, grated & divided
- 1/3 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 egg
- 21 lasagne pasta sheets
