Homemade Salsa

Prep & Cooking Steps: I’ll start by saying that this recipe doesn’t require EXACT measurements
- fresh tomatoes of any variety or a mix of varieties (approx 1 gallon when chopped)
- 2 large onions (yellow or red)
- 4 or 5 jalapeño peppers
- 1 green pepper
- 2 red peppers
- 4 or 5 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 bunch of cilantro, chopped (approx 1 cup)
- 1 to 2 cans of tomato paste (18 oz)
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1/2 cup vinegar
Chicken with Mustard Cream Sauce

1.Add olive oil to a large skillet and preheat over medium-high heat
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried tarragon or oregano
Creamy Chicken and Broccoli Casserole

Cook chicken & shred. Meanwhile, chop the broccoli
- 3 chicken breasts, cooked & shredded
- 2 cans of cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup of mayo
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup colby & monterrey jack cheese
- 1 bag frozen broccoli,thawed and chopped
- salt & pepper to taste
Fruit Slush

Combine all ingredients and freeze
- Juice of: 2 lemons, 2 oranges, and some of the grated rind.
- 3 mashed bananas
- 1 No.2 can crushed pineapple
- 1 No.2 can fruit cocktail
- 1 small can pineapple tidbits
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 pint gingerale
Layered Meatball Bake

HEAT oven to 400ºF. PREPARE stuffing as directed on package, using the Light Prep directions
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
- 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) reduced-sodium condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 pkg. (1 lb.) frozen meatballs
- 2 cups frozen peas
- 1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Cinnamon Roll Cake

Mix everything together except for the butter
- Cake:
- 3 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp.salt
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- Topping:
- 1 c. butter, softened
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
- Glaze:
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 5 Tbsp. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Mac and Cheese Bake

One of our families favorite sides dishes, we love this Mac and Cheese Bake!
- 4 cups cooked elbow macaroni, drained (I used a fancy macaroni too, with a scalloped edge)
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated (I used Kraft's Triple Cheddar mix)
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 4 tablespoons butter, cut into pieces
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
Ham & Cheddar in a Loaf

HEAT oven to 350°F. FLATTEN dough on lightly floured surface
- 1 lb. frozen bread dough, thawed
- 1 pkg. (9 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Smoked Ham
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
Cheesy Rice

Bring milk, water, margarine and salt to boil in medium saucepan
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tsp margarine or butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 6 slices process American Cheese, divided
- 1 1/2 cups original rice, uncooked
Slow cooker Pumpkin Apple Cinnamon Cake

Mix together your butter and brown sugar with an electric mixer on low
- 1/2 c butter, softened
- 1-1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 15 oz can of pumpkin
- 3 eggs
- 2 c all-purpose flour
- 2 t baking powder
- 1/4 t baking soda
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1/4 t salt
- 20 oz can of apple pie filling
- chopped pecans to taste
- 12 oz container of thawed frozen whipped topping
