Hot Taco Rice

Brown beef and onion in skillet
- Garnishes:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups medium salsa
- 1 can (8oz) tomato sauce
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1 1/2 cups rice
- chopped tomatoes
- sour cream
- shredded cheddar cheese
- tortilla chips
- sliced pitted ripe olives
Crock Pot Chicken Tortilla Soup

For Soup: Place chicken on the bottom of the slow cooker
- For Soup:
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 small onion (about 1 cup), chopped
- 16 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 16 oz can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 8 oz can tomato paste
- 10 oz package of corn kernels, frozen
- 2 -10 oz cans of diced tomatoes w/ chilies
- 1 packet reduced-sodium taco seasoning
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- 32 oz reduced-sodium chicken stock
- For Tortilla Strips (*see recipe note):
- 6 corn tortillas, cut into strips
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: (Not included in nutritional calculation)
- Low-fat sour cream
- Jalapeños
- Avocado
- Reduced-fat Mexican shredded cheese cilantro
- Lime olives
Chicken and Broccoli Casserole w/ Cheesy Biscuit Topping

1 Heat oven to 425ºF. Spray 2-quart casserole or 8-inch square glass baking dish with cooking spray
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups seasoned diced cooked chicken
- 1 bag (12 oz) Green Giant® Valley Fresh Steamers™ frozen broccoli cuts, thawed and drained
- 1 jar (2 ounces) diced pimientos, drained
- 1 pouch (7.75 ounces) Bisquick® Complete cheese-garlic biscuit mix
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives, if desired
Hershey's Double Chocolate Brownies

Heat overn to 350 degree. Grease 13x9x2 inch baking pan
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/4 cup flour
- 1/8 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 cup Hershey's Chocolate Shoppe Topping
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Saucy Barbaqued Pork Chops

- 4 center-cut bone-in pork chops (1 lb.)
- 1 tsp. oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 green pepper, cut into strips
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Honey Barbecue Sauce
Flutternutter Rice Krispie Treat

In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat
- 10oz bag regular sized marshmallows
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 5 cup Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 bag (10oz) Reese's peanut butter morsels, melted
- 2 bags (8oz each) Reese's Mini Peanut Butter Cups
Crock Pot Marinara Sauce

Add 2 cans of whole peeled tomatoes or diced tomatoes to a crock pot
- 2 cans Peeled Tomatoes or Diced Tomatoes (28 oz each)
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- Fresh or Dried Basil Leaves
- Salt
- Pepper
- 4-6 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano (or fresh if you prefer)
- 1/2 cup diced green pepper
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup diced carrots
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1 bay leaf
Cowboy Casserole

- 1 3.4 lbs. ground beef
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 5 garlic cloves , minced
- 1/2 cup chopped sweet onion
- 1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (15 oz.) black beans, drained
- 2 cups frozen super sweet white corn
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 3 tablespoons McCormick taco seasoning
- approx. 1/2 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
- approx. 1/2 vintage white cheddar
- Crust
- 1 1/2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon McCormick taco seasoning
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup half and half
Pretzel Bark
