Crescent Taco Bake

Preheat oven to 375. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and drain the fat
- 2 lb ground beef or ground turkey
- 2 packets taco seasoning (I used homemade taco seasoning)
- 2 cans Rotel tomatoes, undrained
- 1 lb Mexican Velveeta cheese (I used Mexican Velveeta)
- 2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls
- sour cream
- salsa
- jalapeños
- lettuce
Cowboy Burgers

. Season burgers on both sides with hamburger seasoning
- 4 hamburger patties
- Hamburger seasoning
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 medium onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon A.1. Original Steak Sauce
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1 tomato, sliced
- Banana pepper rings
- 4 slices American cheese
Easy BBQ Short Ribs

- 4 pounds boneless beef short ribs, cut into 3-inch long pieces
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 2/3 cup light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Hungarian paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon dried ground thyme
- 2/3 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Sweet and Sour Chicken

Heat 1 tbsp oil in large skillet or wok over high heat
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, divided
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 large bell pepper, seeded, cut into 3/4 in. chunks
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken, sliced into 2 x 1/2 in sclies
- 1 can (8 oz) La Choy Bamboo Shoots, drained
- 1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 jar (10 oz) La Choy Sweet & Sour Sauce
- 1 tbsp La Choy Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tbsp. water
- La Choy Chow Mein Noodles (optional)
Creamy Vegetable Bow Tie Toss

Cook pasta according to package directions
- 12 ounces uncooked bow tie pasta
- 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms (I omitted)
- 2 cups cut fresh asparagus (about 1/2 pound)
- 2 medium sweet onions, finely chopped
- 2 medium carrots, sliced
- 2 medium zucchini, halved and sliced
- 1 medium sweet yellow pepper, julienned
- 1/3 cup butter, cubed
- 2/3 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
- 1/2 cup prepared ranch dip
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh basil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
CHICKEN AND DRESSING CASSEROLE

Melt butter in a skillet
- 1 Stick Butter or Margarine
- 1 Cup Chopped Onion
- 1 Cup Chopped Celery
- 2 Cups Cornbread Crumbs
- 2 Cups Bread Crumbs/Stuffing Mix
- 10oz Can Cream of Chicken
- Sage to taste
- 2 Cups Cooked and Cubed Chicken
- 10 oz Jar Gravy
Twice Baked Potatoes

Wash and pat dry the potatoes
- 8 Russet potatoes
- 8 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
- 1 c. butter, softened
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt (I add way more)
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 c. grated Cheddar
- 2 green onions, chopped, opt. (I don't add)

- 3 Tablespoon White Vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons corn syrup

Pizza Grilled Cheese

- 4 slices bread
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 slices mozzarella cheese
- Pepperoni slices, cut in half or mini
- Italian seasoning or basil

Saucy Slow-Cooked Chicken Thighs

- 8 boneless chicken thighs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 cups barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 to 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
