small onion, diced
oz extra lean ground beef
can Cream of Mushroom Soup RF
oz low fat cream cheese
oz Green Giant Broccoli Cuts, Frozen
oz Bowtie pasta
oz Kraft 2% Milk Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Cook pasta according to directions. Stir in broccoli at the last minute of cooking or steam in microwave separately. Brown onion and beef and drain. Stir in soup, 1 can of water (10 oz), cream cheese over low heat. Stir frequently until cream cheese is blended in. Season to taste if desired. (garlic, salt, pepper, thyme). Stir in cooked pasta and broccoli and top with shredded cheese. Let set a minute until the cheese melts.
