David's Apple–Blueberry Muffins with Streusel Topping

Heat oven to 350º F. Grease the oversized 4-cup muffin pan (or a regular 12-cup muffin pan)

- 2 eggs
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 4 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup blueberries, well-drained
- 1-1/2 cup apples, chopped small
- Streusel Topping Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 8 Tbsp. (1 stick) unsalted butter, slightly softened and cut into 1/2-inch pieces
Simple Chili

In a large pot, saute the onion and garlic
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 to 4 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 tablespoon seasoned salt
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 to 3 tablespoons parsley
- 2 (15-ounce) cans tomato sauce
- 2 (15-ounce) cans stewed tomatoes
- 2 (15-ounce) cans chili beans
- 2 cups tomato juice
- 2 to 3 bay leaves

In a small saucepan, combine the water, butter and chocolate

Cookies: Chewy Cherry Chocolate Chip Cookies

1.HEAT oven to 375°F. Coat cookie sheet with no-stick cooking spray
- Crisco® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
- 1/2 cup Crisco® Butter Shortening
- OR 1/2 stick Crisco® Butter Flavor
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon maraschino cherry juice
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups Pillsbury BEST® All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup chopped maraschino cherries, well drained
PGX Easy Mexican Eggs

In a blender, combine the basil, vinegar, and Parmesan cheese until the basil is pureed
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of chopped garlic
- 1/4 cup champagne vinegar
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- Salt
- Freshly ground pepper

Bob's Pressure Cooker Pot Roast
