Put a rack in the middle of the oven and preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- 2 sticks unsalted butter, softened, plus more for greasing pan
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (not Dutch processed)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 4 eggs, at room temperature for 30 minutes
- 1/3 cup semisweet chocolate, melted and cooled
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups well-shaken buttermilk (or 1 cup milk plus 1 tablespoon lemon juice)

- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, softened
- 3 cups Gold Medal® Better for Bread™ flour
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons bread machine or quick active dry yeast
Steamer: Garlic Chicken Thighs

- 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- Kosher salt and fresh pepper taste
- Cooked rice or pasta for serving
