Giada's Cinnamon Twists with Cardamom-Honey Dipping Sauce

For the cinnamon twists: Place an oven rack in the center of the oven
- Sauce:
- Cinnamon Twists
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1 (9 by 10-inch) sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed and cut into 20 (1 by 4-inch) pieces
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom

- Lb Corned Beef
- 1 Yellow Onion (chopped)
- 1/2 Head Green Cabbage (sliced)
- 2 tablespoons Grainy Mustard

- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F

- Two 15-ounce cans sliced peaches in syrup
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1 cup sugar

- 1/4 vanilla low-fat yogurt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup Splenda® sweetener
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup egg substitute or 2 egg whites
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups mashed overripe bananas (about four bananas)
