In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, water and egg, beat on low speed for 30 seconds
- 1 package (14-1/2 ounces) gingerbread cake mix
- 1-1/4 cups water
- 1 egg
- 4 cups cold fat-free milk
- 4 packages (1 ounce each) sugar-free instant butterscotch pudding mix
- 1 can (15 ounces) solid-pack pumpkin
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon each ground ginger, nutmeg and allspice
- 1 carton (12 ounces) frozen reduced-fat whipped topping, thawed
Dog Banana B'oats

- 1 1/2 cups oat flour
- 1 1/2 cups brown rice flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cup oat bran
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup bananas (mashed and pureed)
- 1/2 cup water
Benihana Ginger Salad Dressing

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender
- 1/2 cup onion, minced
- 1/2 cup peanut oil
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons celery, minced
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 4 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

- 3 teaspoons water
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons amaretto
- 1 tablespoon corn syrup
- 6 maraschino cherries
