Mustard Crusted Tilapia

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 2 6 oz each fresh tilapia fillets
- 1 teaspoon spicy brown mustard
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian bread crumbs
Chili Mac Pasta Pies

1 Heat oven to 350°F. Make macaroni and cheese as directed on box
- 1 box (7 1/4 oz) macaroni and cheese dinner
- Milk and butter called for on macaroni and cheese box
- 1 can (15 oz) chili
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (6 oz)
- 1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury® Grands!® refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
Apple-less Pie

1. Break crackers in half and set aside
- 25 Ritz crackers
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 teaspoons cream of tartar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cups water
- 1 double pie crust (top and bottom)

- cinnamon
Spaghetti Bravissimo

1. Combine soup mix and spaghetti with water; cook 20 minutes
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
- 1 pkg (8 oz) spaghetti
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1 1/2 quarts boiling water
- 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 can (7 oz) tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon oregano
No Peek Beef Stew (Millie's)

1. Combine all ingredients in a roaster with a tight fitting lid or dutch oven
- 2 pounds beef stew meat
- 4 celery ribs, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 4 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 3 onions, peeled and diced
- 1 can (16 oz) stewed tomatoes

Italian Mac and Cheese Muffins

1 Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 12 regular-size muffin cups with cooking spray
- 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni (about 5 1/2 oz)
- 1/2 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef, if desired
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 cups milk
- 1 loaf (16 oz) prepared cheese product, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 bag (8 oz) finely shredded Italian cheese blend (2 cups)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup Progresso® Italian style panko crispy bread crumbs
BBQ Potatoes

- 6 potatoes, unpeeled
- 1/3 cup margarine, melted

- 2 cups flour
- 2 sticks margarine
- 2 packages cream cheese (3 oz each)
- 2 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup pecan pieces

1. Cut steak into 6 serving size pieces, pound to 1/4" thick
- 2 pounds beef round steak, cut 1/2" thick
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1 can condensed beef broth
