1. Mix peanuts, sugar, corn syrup and few grains of salt in a glass mixing bowl
- 1 1/2 cups dry roasted peanuts
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup

- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine

- 1 teaspoon baking soda
Butterscotch-Carrot Brownies with Cinnamon Cream Cheese Frosting

- 1 box (19.5 oz) Pillsbury® Chocolate Fudge Brownie Mix
- 2 teaspoons McCormick® Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 cup Crisco® Pure Vegetable Oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 LAND O LAKES® Eggs
- 1 cup finely shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup Hershey’s® butterscotch chips
- 1/2 cup Fisher® Chef's Naturals® Chopped Pecans
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup LAND O LAKES® Unsalted or Salted Butter, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar

1. Dissolve yeast in warm water; add sweet cream
- Filling:
- 1 cake yeast
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 1 cup sweet cream
- 1 cup butter
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 3 eggs
- 4 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 cups ground walnuts
- 1 cup sugar

1 Heat oven to 450°F. Remove pie crusts from pouches; unroll on work surface
- 1 box Pillsbury® refrigerated pie crusts, softened as directed on box
- 5 Pillsbury® Big Deluxe Classics® refrigerated peanut butter cup cookies (from 18-oz package)
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, if desired
- 1/2 teaspoon shortening, if desired

1. Combine egg, milk, salt, pepper and 2/3 can tomato sauce
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cans tomato sauce (8 oz each)

- 1/3 cup unccoked oatmeal
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped

- 1 c heavy cream, chilled
- 2 tsp almond extract
- 1 qt homemade or premium quality vanilla ice cream, softened
- maraschino cherries drained and halved for garnish
