- 60 NILLA Wafers, finely crushed (about 2 cups)
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3-1/4 cups milk, divided
- 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
- 2 pkg. (3.4 oz. each) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
- 1/2 cup caramel ice cream topping, divided
- 1 each red and green apple, chopped
- 1/4 cup PLANTERS COCKTAIL Peanuts, chopped
Mini Upside Down Pineapple Cakes

- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 2/3 cup packaged brown sugar
- 12 to 13 maraschino cherries, cut in half
- 1 pkg yellow or pineapple flavored cake mix

1. Sift flour and baking powder
- 2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup walnut halves
- 1 cup margarine, softened
- 5 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
- 1 pound candied pineapple
- 1 1/2 cups raisins
- 1 1/2 cups candied cherries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon orange extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 2 pkgs ( 8 oz each) cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 2 tbs cornstarch
- 3/4 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 14 (6" long) lollipop sticks
- Garnishes such as 1/4 c each finely chopped pistachios, chopped sweetened flaked coconut,
- 20 oz. semisweet chocolate melted and cooled.

- 1/3 cup finely chopped pecans
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp vanilla

- 7 slices bread
- 1 pound bulk sausage
- 2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Strawberry Pretzel Salad

Crust: With a rolling pin, crush pretzels between waxed paper
- Crust:
- 3 tbs sugar
- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- 3/4 cup margarine, melted
- Filling:
- 1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 (13 oz) tub Cool Whip
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- Top Layer:
- 1 (6 oz pkg) strawberry jello
- 1 1/2 cups boiling water
- 1 (10 oz) pkg frozen strawberries, thawed
