1 Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray bottom and sides of 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray
- 1 pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) Betty Crocker® sugar cookie mix
- 1 box (4-serving size) French vanilla instant pudding and pie filling mix
- 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 eggs plus 3 egg yolks
- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup toffee bits, finely crushed

- Crust:
- 2 c vanilla wafer cookie crums weighed after crushing
- 3/4 stick melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Tapioca:
- 1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1/4 cup quick cooking tapioca
- Topping:
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Cheesecake batter:
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 (8 oz each) cream cheese at room tmperature
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp coconut extract

Prepare and bake brownie mix in a greased 13"x9" baking pan according to package directions
- 19-1/2 oz. pkg. brownie mix
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 1/2 c. plus 6 T. butter, softened and divided
- 8-oz. jar creamy peanut butter
- 6-oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips

- 8 ounces cooked lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce
BLT Burgers

- 1 pkg dry onion soup mix
- 3/4 c warm water
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tbs Worcestershire sauce

Heat griddle to 375°F or 12-inch skillet over medium-low heat
- Pancakes
- 2 cups Original Bisquick® mix
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- Fruit Filling
- 4 cups fresh strawberries, cut into quarters
- 1/2 cup red currant jelly, melted
- Cream Cheese Filling
- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup whipping cream

- 2 tbs frozen limeade concentrate
- 1/2 c powdered sugar
- 3 c fresh blueberries, sliced strawberries and kiwi fruit
- Powdered sugar, if desired
