- 4 tbs unsalted butter
- 1 tbs flour
- 1/3 cup bittersweet chocolate chips

1. Cream together well the butter and confectioner's sugar
- 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1 cup butter softened
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cream of tartar

Heat oven to 350°F. Line large cookie sheet with foil
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1/4 cup frozen (thawed) lemonade concentrate
- 2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
- 1 teaspoon lemon extract

- 1 pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) Betty Crocker® sugar cookie mix
- 1 1/2 cups Gold Medal® all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup chopped dried cherries
Crockpot Cheesy Potato Soup

In a slow cooker, combine potatoes, water, onion, bouillon granules and pepper
- 6 medium potatoes, peeled and chopped (about 6 cups)
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 tsp instant chicken bouillon granules
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
- Crumbled, cooked bacon (optional)
- Snipped fresh chives (optional)

Using eggs, oil and water, prepare cake mix and bake in a 13 x 9" cake pan according to directions on package; cool
- 1 pkg red velvet cake mix and the eggs and oil required for cake
- 1/2 cup butter, at room temperature
- 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1 tbs milk
- 3/4 tsp vanilla
- 3 pkgs (12 oz each) white chocolate chips
- 1 tbs oil
- Red and green oil-based concentrated food colorings for candy

- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg

- 1 large pkg strawberry jello
- 1 1/2 cups boiling water
- 2 (10 oz) pkgs frozen strawberries with juice, thawed
- 1 (1 lb 4 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 3 medium ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
- 1 pint sour cream
