Sweet Tea Icebox Tart

Gingersnap Crust: Stir together the 4 ingredients
- Gingersnap crust:
- 2 tbs unsweetened instant iced tea mix
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 tsp orange zest
- 1/2 tsp lime zest
- 1/3 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups crushed gingersnap cookies
- 5 tbs butter, melted
- 2 tbs light brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
The Ultimate Hummingbird Cake

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 (18.25-ounce) package yellow cake mix
- 1 (4-serving-size) package vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup water
- 4 eggs
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 (16-ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 (6-ounce) jar red maraschino cherries, well drained and chopped, with 1 tablespoon reserved for garnish
- 1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple, well drained
- 1 cup chopped pecans, with 2 tablespoons reserved for garnish
Salted Caramel Pretzel Bark

In a bowl combine the pretzels, sugar, and 1 tsp

- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. sea salt, divided
- 2 bags Hershey's caramel kisses (10 oz. each)

- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbs butter
- 1 tbs sugar
- 2 tbs flour
- 1 can (15 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
- 2 eggs, well beaten
Chocolate Pudding Explosion

- 1 Jello Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding Snack
- 3 caramel mini rice cakes, crushed
- 1 regular thin pretzel twist, crushed
- 1/2 sheet (2 crackers) low fat honey graham crackers, crushed
- 2 tbs fat-free Reddi-Wip
Mom's "Tuna" Cookies

I call these Tuna cookies because the topping of egg whites and ground walnuts resembles tuna fish
- 1 lb butter
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 8 tbs sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 3 egg whites
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp vanilla
- Ground walnuts
Loaded Baked Potato Dip

Microwave bacon according to package directions until crisp; drain on paper towels
- 1 (2.1-oz.) package fully cooked bacon slices
- 1 (16-oz.) container sour cream
- 2 cups (8 oz.) freshly shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup sliced fresh chives
- 2 teaspoons hot sauce
- Garnishes: cooked, crumbled bacon; sliced fresh chives; freshly cracked pepper
