Mom's Spaghetti

Brown carrots, celery, garlic and onions
- 2 carrots, chopped fine
- 2 stalks celery, chopped fine
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped fine
- 2 pounds ground beef

- 1 can tomato sauce (8 oz)
- 1 can tomato paste (6 oz)
- 3 cans paste cans of water
- 1 can mushrooms, drained

- 2/3 cup apple juice
