- 3 1/2 pound beef chuck roast
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- Salt and pepper
- Montreal Steak Seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1/2 cups beef stock or broth
- 1/2 cup dry red wine (I use cabernet Sauvignon)
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon dry thyme or 1 tablespoon fresh chopped thyme
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 pound package (31/2 cups) baby dutch potatoes
- 1 yellow onion, cut into wedges
- 4 cups baby carrots
- 2 ribs celery, cut into 1-inch lengths
- Optional
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch, mixed into 2 tablespoons water
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine

- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cups beef stock or broth
- 1/2 cup dry red wine (I use cabernet Sauvignon)
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon dry thyme or 1 tablespoon of fresh
- 2 bay leaves
- 5 medium red potatoes, quartered
- 1 yellow onion, quartered
- 4 cups baby carrots
- 2 ribs celery, chopped
Easy Greek Cucumber and Tomato Salad

Combine the salad ingredients in a large container with lid
- 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
- 1 large cucumber, chopped (2 cups)
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onions
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 12 Kalamata olives pitted and sliced in half
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped green peppers (optional)
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Greek Vinaigrette Dressing or make your own, see below
- Greek Vinaigrette Dressing Yield 1/2 cup
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar (or more to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- freshly ground black pepper and salt to taste

- 2 - 9 oz cans jalapeno bean dip (Fritos) bean dip
- 1 1/2 / cup sour cream
- 2 avocados
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup mayonaise
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup green or red pepper chopped (optional)
- 1 bunch chopped green onions
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup chopped black ripe olives
- 1 cup cheddar cheese or monteray jack and cheddar

I'm from the Mid-West and we call this dressing
- 8 tablespoons unsalted butter (1 stick), plus extra for baking dish
- 1 large onion , chopped medium (about 1 1/2 cups)
- 4 medium ribs celery , diced medium (about 1 1/2 cups)
- 1/2 teaspoon dried sage
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 1/2 cup minced fresh parsley leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 12 cups dried 1/2-inch cubes from one 1-pound loaf French bread , or potato or challah bread
- 2 to 4 cups chicken stock or low-sodium canned chicken broth
- 3 large eggs , beaten lightly
- 1 teaspoon table salt

- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, peeled and grated
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- dash of hot sauce
- olive oil for grill
Easy Slow Cooker Swedish Meatballs

Mix the undiluted soup with beef broth, onion soup mix, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce
- 10.75 ounce can cream of mushroom soup, low sodium
- 14 ounce can low sodium beef broth
- 1 packet dry onion soup mix
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons flour
