  • 4 boneless chicken breast, slightly flattened
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon white or black pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ancho chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups half and half
  • 8 ounces alfredo sauce (I use prepared Buitoni in tub)
  • 16 ounces spaghetti
  • 1 cup thawed frozen peas, drained and patted dry (optional)

Make the dressing by combining all of the ingredients in a small processor or bowl

  • 8 cups or 16 ounce pkg of coleslaw mix with carrots
  • 3 to 4 medium scallions, sliced 1/4th inch
  • [Dressing]
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup chopped peanuts, toasted (optional)

  • 2 24 ounce containers Bob Evans Potatoes
  • 1 egg yolk
  • FOR THE MEAT FILLING
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup chopped onion, diced
  • 1 cup (2 to 3 carrots), peeled and diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 pounds ground lamb
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 cup Cabernet Sauvignon
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 cup green peas, fresh or frozen
  • 4 tablespoon freshly grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
