Romano's Macaroni Grill Penne Rustica

Menu Description: "Shrimp, grilled chicken & smoked prosciutto and Parmesan baked in a creamy cheese sauce
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 3 tablespoons marsala wine
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon Grey Poupon Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
- 1 pound penne rigate pasta, cooked
- 12 medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 skinless chicken breast fillets
- 1/2 cup (about 2 ounces) thick-sliced smoked prosciutto, chopped
- 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
- 12 sliced pimentos
- 4 sprigs rosemary
Acme Buttered Noodles

Cook the noodles according to package directions
- 12 ounces enriched, extra-wide egg noodles
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 3 cups fresh arugula, loosely packed
- 1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice
- Salt and fresh cracked black pepper
- 1/4 cup finely shredded Asiago cheese, divided
Cuban White Rice

This method can be used in a saucepan or rice maker
- 2 cups of long grain rice, rinsed 3 times and drained.
- 2 cups of water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 large garlic clove, minced
- 1 cup frozen peas, thawed (optional)
Corn And Potato Soup

Easy soup to prepare. A slightly spiced up rendition of corn and potato soup
- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 cup chopped onion (1 medium)
- 2 cans (15 1/4 oz.) Cream Style Corn
- 1 can (7 oz.) chopped green chilies, drained
- 1 pound potatoes, washed and cut into 1/2-inch pieces (red or yellow)
- 3 cans (14 oz. each) chicken broth
- 1 lb polish kielbasa, diced and sauteed
Bourbon Glaze

- 3 tablespoons salted butter
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons Tennessee/Kentucky bourbon or whiskey

- 6 pork shoulder steaks, lightly trimmed and tenderized
- adobo all purpose seasoning to taste
- 2 6.9 ounce packages Zatarains Yellow Rice Mix
- 5 cups heated chicken or beef broth or stock
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup sliced pimento stuffed olives
- 2 teaspoons thyme
- 1 cup frozen peas, thawed (optional)

- 1 cup garlic-flavor bite-size bagel chips or regular-size bagel chips, broken into 1-inch pieces

- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1/3 cup all purpose flour
- Goya Adobo all purpose seasoning
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 3 pounds pork loin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 sweet onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/3 cups chicken stock
- 1 cup dry sherry
- 3 pounds sweet potatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed dried rosemary
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- salt to taste

- 12 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 celery ribs, chopped fine
- 2 onions, minced
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, minced
- 2 teaspoons dried sage
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 3 lbs white bread, cut into 1/2 inch cubes and dried
- 5 cups low sodium chicken broth
- 4 large eggs, lightly beaten

- 2 1/2 cups Original Bisquick mix
- 2 1/2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 breasts and 10 thighs, skinned (approx 6 1/2 to 7 pounds)
