1 Preheat oven to 400°F
- 6 cutlets cut into strips
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 2 cups finely crushed salted pretzels
- SAUCE
- 1/2 cup unsweetened jam
- 1/2 cup dijon mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne powder
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Zebra Bundt Cake

1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease a bundt pan well with baking spray
- 2 1/2 cups plus 2 tbsp. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 cups sugar,divided
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 6 tbsp. water
- 1 1/2 cups (3 sticks) margarine,melted and cooled
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 5 eggs
- 1/2 cup rich's whip
Cranberry Spinach Salad

1. In a medium saucepan, melt margarine over medium heat
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 3/4 cup almonds, blanched and slivered
- 1 pound spinach, rinsed and torn into bite-size pieces
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 teaspoons minced onion
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
Wine Schnitzel

1 place chicken cutlets in glass dish 2 combine rest of ingredients, pour on top 3 bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour

- 1/2 cup wine (white zinfandle)
- 1 jar whole mushrooms

Mongolian Beef

1.Prepare the sauce. Heat oil in a saucepan and saute the ginger and garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant
- 1 1 1 tbsp. canola oil
- 1 1 1 tsp. ginger, minced
- 1 1 1 tbsp. garlic, minced
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup low-sodium tamari
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup low sodium vegetable or chicken broth
- 1 1 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1 1 1 cup canola oil, for frying
- 1 1 1 pound steak (shoulder or rib steaks work well), sliced thin into bite-sized pieces against the grain

- roasted, salted sunflower seeds - 1/4 cup
- button mushrooms - 8-10, sliced
- alfalfa sprouts - 3/4 cup
- DRESSING:
- brown sugar - 3 tbsp
- prepared mustard - 2 tsp
- white wine or champagne - 2 tbsp
- vinegar - 1/4 cup
- oil - 3 tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
