Chocolate Biscotti

1.Position one rack in the middle of the oven, and preheat the oven to 350ºF
- 2 tbsp. unsalted margarine, slightly softened
- 1 cup plus 1 tbsp. sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup plus 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup plus 2 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp. instant coffee powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 3/4 cups hazelnuts, whole, toasted
- 3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 large egg for egg wash
Chicken Noodle Soup

1. Place chicken into large stock pot
- 1 whole chicken
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 Onions
- 2 small parsnips
- 1 turnip
- 4-5 stalks Celery
- 1-2 Carrot
- 1 bag egg Noodles – the finer the better
- Salt
- Pepper
- chicken soup mix
Slow Cooker Chicken

1.Rinse the chicken and remove giblets
- 1 whole chicken
- 2 medium carrots
- 2 medium celery stalks
- 1 medium sized onion
- 1 Tbsp Kosher salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Sage
- 1 Tbsp Thyme
- Water
Cheese Lasagna

1. Saute onion for 5 minutes, add garlic
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 14 1/2 ounce can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 15 ounce can tomato sauce
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 12 dried lasagna noodles
- 1 15 ounce container whole milk ricotta cheese.
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup grated parmiganio cheese
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup coarsely chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup coarsely chopped basil
- 1 tbsp. chopped fresh oregano
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
Veal Roast

1. Cut up onion place on bottom of roasting pan
- 2 pound veal roast
- 1 large onion
- 1/2 cup duck sauce
- garlic powder
- paprika

1. Beat the whips, and sugar on high speed for 5 minutes
- 2 8oz. whips
- 1/2 cup confectioners sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 25 wafer rolls
- 1 bar white chocolate
- 1 bar dark chocolate
Coconut Avalanche

1. Beat up whip till fluffy, add eggs and sugars on low speed
- ICE CREAM:
- 1 8oz. whip
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla sugar
- CRISP:
- 1 1/4 cups rice krispies
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts
- CHOCOLATE:
- 1 1/2 cups confectionery sugar
- 2 oz. baking chocolate
- 1 stick margarine
- 3 eggs separated
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Spinach Fettucine

1. Cook fettuccine according to package directions
- 1 box spinach fettuccine
- 1 cup chopped frozen spinach,thawed and drained
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/8 tsp. onion powder
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- Additional parmesan
Gefilta Fish

1 Combine the carrots and onions in food processor, mix together
- 4 pounds ground white fish
- 8 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 onions(grated)
- 5 cloves garlic(crushed, optional)
- 4 carrots(grated)
- 8 tsp. salt
